Course description

The purpose of certification to the TOGAF 9 Foundation qualification is to provide validation that the Candidate has gained knowledge of the TOGAF terminology, structure, and basic concepts, and understands the core principles of Enterprise Architecture and the TOGAF standard.

  • Architects who are looking for a first introduction to the TOGAF 9 standard

Course Delivery

This is a self-directed distance-learning course.

All modules will include supporting materials which you’ll use on a step-by-step basis to help get you ready to take the TOGAF 9 Foundation examination.

 

You’ll also have access to the learner forum to ask questions, receive answers from the tutor and see what other learners have asked.

 

Certification

The Foundation certification is one of the prerequisites to qualify for the TOGAF 9 Certified certification.

 

Examination Format

  • Multiple choice examination questions
  • 40 questions
  • 60 minutes’ duration
  • 22 marks required to pass (out of 40 available) – 55%
  • Closed book.

 

Schedule the exam

You can schedule the TOGAF 9 Foundation certificate exam via following routes –

  1. Sit the exams at the end of a training course with an Accredited Training Organization (ATO)
  2. Study privately and then book the exam without a training course via OpenGroup
